What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They let us remember your preferences and measure how the site is used.

Cookies we set before consent

These are strictly necessary for the site to function and do not require your consent:

• cookieConsent — first-party, 1 year. Remembers whether you have accepted or dismissed the cookie banner.
• ventla-locale — first-party, 1 year. Remembers the language you last chose so we can direct you there on your next visit.

Cookies we set only after you accept

We do not load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, or DataFast until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Once consent is given, the following cookies may be set:

• Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager — third-party, set by google.com and googletagmanager.com. Measures aggregate traffic and usage. Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_* with a lifetime of up to two years.
• DataFast — first-party cookie set on ventla.com by the DataFast script loaded from datafa.st. Used to count returning visits within a session for aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic analytics. DataFast does not use this cookie for advertising or cross-site tracking, and visitor identifiers are hashed from your IP address and browser user-agent with a salt that rotates approximately every 24 hours.

If you decline

If you click "Decline" on the banner, no analytics cookies are set, no analytics scripts are loaded, and no network requests are made to Google or DataFast from this site.

Cal.com booking widget

When you click "Book a Demo" or press the V keyboard shortcut, a booking widget served by Cal.com loads inside an iframe from cal.eu. Cal.com may set its own cookies at that point (on the cal.eu domain) for session management and to remember your booking progress. These cookies live on cal.eu, not ventla.com, and are governed by Cal.com's own privacy and cookie notices. Until you open the widget, Cal.com does not set any cookies on your device through this site.

Managing cookies

You can clear all cookies from ventla.com at any time in your browser settings. To re-open the consent banner and change your choice, delete the cookieConsent cookie for ventla.com and refresh the page.
