FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. You get the platform for one event at no cost. You still cover your own event costs, like venue and catering.
What does the filming involve?
A small Ventla team joins your event to film and take photos. We agree on everything with you beforehand.
What about attendees who don't want to be filmed?
They can easily opt out, and we'll make sure they aren't in anything we publish.
Do I have to become a customer afterwards?
No. There's no obligation.
Can I apply if my event isn't in Sweden?
Not this round. Ventla Hosts only applies to events held in Sweden.
