How long does it take to get up and running?
For most events, you can have a branded registration page and app live within a few hours. We offer onboarding support and a sandbox environment so your team can get confident before going live.
Is Ventla only for large companies?
No. We work with small teams running single events just as often as we work with enterprise clients running annual conference programmes. The platform scales with your needs, not the other way around.
Can we white-label the app for our clients?
Yes. Agencies and partners can set up a fully branded app under their client's identity. Full colour customisation, logos, and content, with the Ventla infrastructure underneath, invisible.
Does Ventla support both iOS and Android?
Yes. Ventla provides a native app on both platforms, as well as a web-based version for accessibility. Participants don't need to create accounts to use it.
We have events with different types of participants. Can we show different content to different groups?
Yes, and this is one of Ventla's core strengths. You can segment participants and show tailored schedules, information, and communications to each group. Useful for events with separate tracks, different hotel arrangements, or mixed audiences.
How does pricing work?
Ventla is subscription-based with a credit model. You buy a volume of participant credits that you use across your events throughout the year. We'll go through this in detail in the demo, and give you a quote based on your expected event volume.
Who do I contact for support?
Every client gets onboarding support and access to our knowledge base. During events, our support team is available. You won't be left trying to figure out a problem alone at 7am on event day.
